Bojangles "Master Biscuit Maker" contest held in Rocky Mount

ROCKY MOUNT, VA -- The 8th annual Bojangles "Master Biscuit Maker" competition was held in Rocky Mount Wednesday.

Five employees from different Bojangles restaurants competed to earn a spot in the national competition.

Employees said they were nervous, but believed they had what it takes to be the best biscuit maker.

Competitors were judged on how fast they made the biscuits, how the biscuits looked and tasted, and how well they followed the biscuit making process.

The winner will compete at the national Master Biscuit Maker competition in Charlotte, N.C. in November.
