AEI's Bojangles' Master Biscuit Maker Challenge
At Bojangles', the quality of our biscuits is very important to us. That is why we at Arrington Enterprises have challenged our biscuit makers to see who will be the 2010 Bojangles' Master Biscuit Maker. The challenge assesses each biscuit maker through a set of detailed inspections where each competitor will prepare one full batch of biscuits and will be scored against Bojangles’ standards. The highest score moves on the next level of competition.
Each of our three Bojangles' Restaurants held their own Master Biscuit Maker Challenge where Lynnae Elkins (Boj. LakeWatch), Hilda Tuning (Boj. Plateau Plaza), and Melody Mossor (Boj. Marketplace Dr.) won in their respective restaurants earlier this week.
On Saturday October 2, 2010, each Master Biscuit Maker converged on our Marketplace Dr. Bojangles' to compete for AEI's 2010 Master Biscuit Maker Title. Buddy Carlton from
Bojangles' Corporate was on hand as our guest judge.
Over a period of four hours, each competitor was assessed. Melody Mossor was named the 2010 Bojangles' Master Biscuit Maker for Arrington Enterprises.
